She is passionate, enthusiastic and energetic and has the ability to connect with each individual client in an enduring, meaningful relationship. Helen provides consistent and superior service levels which are unforgettable, along with her personal candour with her clients. As a former salon owner Helen has been a key member of the National Hairdressing Federation Creative Team, and also represented her region at the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Trophy National Finals. Her hairdressing skills have been polished and elevated to the most superior and exacting standards as approved by her mentor Trevor Sorbie MBE. Fully qualified as both a hair and IMA makeup technician with over 17 years combined experience.

Helen has a keen interest in working on editorial shoots where her creativity really shines. From focusing on creating flawless skin for beauty work to styling a whole football team, Helen effortlessly collaborates with clients and colleagues to ensure the most professional satisfactory result. Helen has an extensive media portfolio in both commercial and editorial areas.

It’s not everyday you get to be in the same room as someone as talented as Helen. Not only is she a true professional, she’s approachable, straight talking and fun. I’ve watched many a Youtube tutorial, tried to follow diagrams in magazines, and been sucked in by the latest beauty products, but never really got how to do it on myself. If you want to learn how to really do your make up, learn what you actually need in your make up bag, and what to spend your money on… then I can’t recommend All the Gear and No Idea masterclass with Helen enough.
